allegedly misinformed them concerning the statute of limitations in an automobile accident case. In its opinion, the Colorado Court of Appeals embraced the position taken in the Restatement (Third) of the Law Governing Lawyers that attorneys must use reasonable care in what they say to others when meeting in a professional setting.
