UPDATE 2/18/09:  Facebook recinded its new Terms of Service and has reverted to its old TOS.  That's for now.

Facebook changed its Terms of Service without notice to its members.  Can they do it?  What's at stake?  For one, they have now granted themselves a perpetual license to use your content even if you leave the site.
