The "machine-or-transformation" test described by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit can often be met with added claim limitations, practitioners said during a Feb. 18, 2009,  BNA-sponsored audioconference.  Practitioners Kenneth N. Nigon of RatnerPrestia, Valley Forge, Pa., and Stephen C.
